Hi guys!

My name is Morgan Butler. I have been a dog trainer for about 5 years. I started out training dogs in a show called Pets Overboard at Wild Adventures. While I was there I had the opportunity to work with a variety of their animals including; elephants, giraffes, bears, a rhino, snakes, birds, and more! This led me to a passion in conservation and animal training.

I moved to Tallahassee to get a degree at Florida State University. I graduated in 2016 with my Bachelors of Science in Psychology, and minor in Biology. While I was there, I took lots of courses pertaining to animal behavior and knowledge.

I started working at Petco in 2014 where I became a trainer. Through the years I have helped save many pets lives with training. My goal is to take every dog, young or old, and give them confidence and knowledge to be well-behaved pets. I have a variety of four dogs myself. I have a sweet 80lb pit-bull mix, a shepherd-hound mix, cattle dog, and a shihtzu.  I am a huge advocate for rescue dogs, and love all breeds!

I am starting my journey here with Perky Petz where I will teach different obedience classes. I will have puppy beginner, puppy advanced, adult beginner, adult advanced, and AKC CGC group classes. I will also conduct at home visits, privates, and workshops for those who need it. All breeds welcome. They must have their vaccination paperwork prior to first day of classes.
